Ferries to the islands
Public ferries leave from Olhão pier near the markets. Buy tickets at the pier ticket office, which takes cards (phone +351 964 123 878).

- In July and August, the 7:15 return does not run on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. In September, the 19:45 outbound boat only runs until the 20th.

- There is no direct boat from Olhão to Fuseta Island: boats leave from Fuseta pier.

Pets and trolleys
In 2026 a pet costs €1.10 per trip (assistance animals travel free) and a four-wheeled trolley costs €3.00 per trip, or €3.25 to Farol.
